Last Friday, Shaun's Fantastic Friday invited us to come by and share what we are grateful for. 10 things to be exact. I immediately wanted to click over and share, but other things were on the list. So here it is....Tuesday! LOL.
1. To be able to instantly think of 10 things that I am grateful for.
2. Receiving that special email, letting me know that my creations made teen girls in Texas feel special and empowered.
3. Noticing and appreciating the little things.

No matter which way you look at it, it is all fear.
I was invited as a guest to a hair and fashion show yesterday evening. While there I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful woman with keen fashion sense and high aspirations to match. We had a very candid conversation about her moving forward with what she so desires to achieve in life. She shared false objectives (which she admits is fear) with me as to why she has not moved forward. Just in case…

The
Stay Sweet Collection was created to enhance the inside, outside beauty of girls and young ladies. This is my small, but sincere contribution to help girls make a smoother transition into womanhood. I believe this is only the beginning of this purpose.
Four weeks ago I woke up with a sense of urgency. It was time for me to reach out and contact grass-root organizations that empower girls. In 2008, the birth of the…

Greetings All-
Peace, love and good will to everyone. 2009 has been challenging and full of opportunities all at the same time, many of us had to make choices that were difficult and at times painful, but we still stand. Rejoice for the best is yet to come!
This is the time of year where we get to begin again, reflecting on where we’ve come leaving the past behind, looking ahead but more importantly being grateful in all things and being ‘present now’.
As we all celebrate,…

Hello fellow KINGS and QUEENS!
How have all of you been doing? My apologies for being away for so long but I had to step away just to come back STRONGER! In my absense I have actually been working very hard. I am now a self published author and my book is titled "The GPS Success Guide". It is 136 pages of pure empowerment for a prosperous life.
Author Calvin L. Lewis from DreamChasers Worldwide Inc. (GA.) says:

--Make a Choice today to live embraching unconditional Love---
The power of love is held within each of us every moment. This wondrous energy is available merely by our use and conscious recognition. When we choose to love one another we transcend the lower personality perceptions and rise to a higher truth. We recognize our… Continue

Life has a way of taking us through many obstacles, but the person that keeps us grounded is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have went through alot, and in Feburary I was layed off my job. But I am encouraged by the word of God, "To look to the hills which cometh my help, and my help comes from the Lord". I trust in him and had faith so he has restored me and keeps me in his loving arms. So my message is to all my sisters and brothers, keep God first and all your need will be supplied and…

Someone Shared this story with me--- I felt the need to Pass it On!
The date was July 16, 2008. It was late in the afternoon and I was sitting in my hotel room in Louisville, Kentucky. I was scheduled to speak that evening for the Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA). I was a little "down in the dumps." I hadn't gotten to exercise lately because of my traveling schedule and recently I'd experienced some mild bouts of vertigo (that inner ear condition that can…
